Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team of client-facing delivery
professionals, focusing on skill growth and AI literacy
Leverage AI to enhance planning, resource management, and delivery
execution while identifying trends and improving client
experiences
Serve as project sponsor for portfolio accounts, ensuring delivery
excellence and collaborating with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in professional services or project
delivery, with 4+ years in a leadership role
Experience in a SaaS or cloud-based technology environment
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in service
delivery
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field;
advanced degree preferred
Salesforce.com certifications and AI/Machine Learning
certifications are highly preferred
