Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer, Learning &
Development.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in content development, design, and implementation using
authoring tools and media
Collaborate with peers to create effective training materials and
manage projects
Design and stabilize learning initiatives through working sessions
with leaders and subject matter experts
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and
experience
5-7 years of relevant work experience
In-depth knowledge and skills in instructional design and learning
development
Experience applying Agile/Scrum methodology in project work
Ability to create inclusive learner experiences adhering to
accessibility standards
