Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Create instructional content that meets learning objectives,
including onboarding and professional development
Conduct training needs analysis and design engaging eLearning
solutions
Develop assessment tools to measure course effectiveness and
maintain project documentation
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in instructional design, or 5-7 years for
senior roles
Proficiency in e-learning development tools such as Articulate,
Camtasia, and Adobe Suite
Working knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional
design models
Project management skills and experience in stakeholder
relationship management
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
