Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Technical Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize product enhancement and patch requests with
stakeholders and the Engineering team
Provide technical assistance in critical situations and escalate
complex product issues
Develop technical troubleshooting guides and document the
problem-solving process for the support team
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in Technical Support, professional services,
IT consulting, or System Integration roles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with Networking technologies and protocols, including
TCP/IP and HTTP
Working knowledge of Windows systems, Visual Studio, C#, and IIS
troubleshooting
Experience with Active Directory and Citrix XenApp/Xendesktop is a
plus
