Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Manager to drive
scalable HR processes and ensure a compliant employee
experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and improve end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
Manage and administer the employee benefits program
Track and analyze key metrics to measure program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
HR or benefits-related certification is a plus
Experience in a fully remote environment with multi-state
employees
Knowledge of HR best practices, benefits administration, and
compliance regulations
Proficiency in HRIS systems such as ADP
