Job Description:
A company is looking for a System Upgrade Analyst for remote
work.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Nurse Product Sustaining Team with technical patching,
licensing, and sustaining of client Care Solutions products
Support management, upgrade, and sustainment of
applications/systems, including configuration and patching
Ensure compliance with documentation and escalation processes while
maintaining high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of professional experience in healthcare, construction,
or IT industry
Bachelor's or associate degree in computer science or related field
preferred
Advanced understanding of Microsoft Windows platforms and MSSQL
Detailed knowledge of network protocols/architecture and
client/server environments
Experience with Windows Server OS management, VoIP, and networking
technologies
