A company is looking for an Engineering Manager,
Integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Build, optimize, and maintain the Integrations Platform with
extensive data connectors
Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Data Engineers and Backend
Engineers
Collaborate with leadership to identify and prioritize high-impact
features
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience managing product-oriented engineering
teams
5+ years of experience in backend development and API design
5+ years of experience with NoSQL and SQL databases, and big data
systems
Strong understanding of modern software development practices
Exceptional leadership skills, including team mentoring and
scaling
