Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Country Lead, Global Payroll
- Nordics.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a subject matter expert for the specified country/region and
lead global payroll implementation projects
Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring timely delivery and
standardization of payroll processes
Provide ongoing support during and after implementation, focusing
on KPIs and SLAs
Required Qualifications
Extensive payroll experience in a client payroll environment
Expert legislative knowledge in the specified country/region
Payroll implementation experience
Deep knowledge of local payroll tools and software
Experience in accounting/reconciliations
