Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to develop
training programs and content for associates.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop learning materials and collateral for various
lines of business
Utilize the ADDIE/Agile model for learning solution development
Act as a learning and development consultant to keep training
materials updated
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in design and development
1+ years of collaboration and basic project management skills
1+ years of experience in designing learning materials for contact
centers or customer service
1+ years proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud
and Articulate 360
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
