A company is looking for an Instructional Designer in Maple
Shade, NJ.
Key Responsibilities
Determine instructional content and design courses incorporating
adult learning theory
Create design documents and develop instructional materials for
various learning formats
Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop
comprehensive training programs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree required
Demonstrated ability to create Instructor-Led Training (ILT) and
eLearning modules
Portfolio showcasing expertise in instructional design and adult
learning theory
Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong organizational and project management skills
