Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Finance Accounting and
Advisory Services.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct financial planning and analysis, including forecasting and
budgeting
Provide technical expertise for US GAAP and SEC requirements,
including financial report preparation
Lead and mentor the CFO Advisory team while cultivating client
relationships
Required Qualifications
BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or relevant
work experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a client-serving
role at a top-tier firm or senior level in private industry
CPA preferred
Strong knowledge of US GAAP and experience with technical
accounting or SEC reporting
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
