Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to join a
large strategic HR organization in a fully remote role working EST
hours.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and design high-quality instructional materials and
training programs with a clean, modern look
Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and
sophisticated learning experiences
Utilize advanced instructional design methodologies to ensure
effective knowledge transfer and skill development
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in instructional design, focusing on clean,
modern aesthetics
Must be eligible to work in the United States and obtain and
maintain an Active U.S. Government Secret Clearance
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,
InDesign) and Articulate 360
Strong understanding of change management principles and experience
in applying them to training programs
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related
field
