A company is looking for a Coordinator, Talent Acquisition
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Support recruiters by scheduling interviews, arranging candidate
travel, and processing expense reimbursements
Maintain accurate candidate statuses in the applicant tracking
system and ensure compliance with federal mandates
Provide high-touch customer service to candidates and hiring
managers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment
process
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred, particularly in Human Resources
Minimum of 2 years of experience in staffing coordination or HR
environment
Proficiency in databases and MS Office products
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
effectively
Excellent customer service skills and phone etiquette
