Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to design
instructional content for a customer service model for store
associates.
Key Responsibilities:
Gathers and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data critical to
solutions development
Designs and develops learning solutions to drive business
performance
Partners with L&D team, SMEs, and vendors on instructional
design standards and adult learning principles
Required Qualifications:
Experience with instructional design authoring tools such as Adobe
and Articulate
High school diploma and 3+ years of experience in instructional
design or a Bachelor's degree in a related field with 0-1 years of
experience
Experience with multiple design modalities including e-learning,
classroom, and gamification
Related industry certifications or credentials such as PHR or ATD
Certifications
Experience designing solutions for a large geographically dispersed
workforce
