Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to
enhance the candidate lifecycle and streamline the talent
acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
Cultivate a seamless and enjoyable experience for candidates
throughout the recruitment cycle
Manage the contract process for the 1099 program and ensure
compliance with TA processes and policies
Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance recruitment
workflows for greater efficiency
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with Workday Recruiting
At least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or human
resources
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple
priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking
systems
Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and
process optimization
