Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Recruiter to manage
full-cycle recruitment for clinical roles and support corporate
hiring.
Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment for Therapists and Nurse Practitioners from
sourcing to offer acceptance
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet hiring
forecasts
Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process while ensuring
timely communication with candidates
Required Qualifications
Prior experience recruiting in a healthcare setting, particularly
for Therapists and Nurse Practitioners
Experience in a start-up environment is preferred
Exceptional organizational and time management skills
Meticulous approach to candidate sourcing and process
management
Comfortable using recruitment platforms and managing applicant
tracking systems (ATS)
