Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, IT Program
Management who will lead program managers to enhance health
outcomes through technology.
Key Responsibilities
Directs project and program managers throughout the project life
cycle and performs resource planning
Monitors program attributes such as costs, budgets, staffing, and
risks while managing team capabilities and performance
Communicates project statuses and oversees project risks to ensure
alignment with business goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
10+ years of related experience, including prior management
experience
Experience in a healthcare organization or payer is preferred
Knowledge of Agile Management and Project Management
methodologies
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data for project
initiatives
