engaging training materials for various audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Transform course outlines into clear, engaging, and user-friendly
scripts
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to extract knowledge
and develop comprehensive training materials
Simplify complex healthcare-related information into structured
scripts tailored to specific audiences
Required Qualifications
At least 5+ years of experience as an Instructional Designer,
Copywriter, or in a related role
Proven track record of creating audience-specific training content,
preferably in the healthcare industry
Strong storytelling and writing abilities that support effective
learning
Experience in learning and development environments and
collaboration with SMEs
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word and the Microsoft Office
Suite
