Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Product Operations Manager
to provide operational and coordination support to the Product
organization.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and report on data such as patient feedback and
product surveys to inform roadmap prioritization
Create and maintain organized documentation on product features,
including training materials
Support the Product Operations Manager in implementing internal
process changes for planning and delivery
Required Qualifications
Strong understanding of data analysis and experience in a product
role or desire to transition into one
Ability to leverage quantitative and qualitative data for
decision-making
Experience with Jira and roadmapping tools (e.g., Aha!, ProdPad,
Productboard)
Basic SQL query writing skills
Highly organized with a capacity to navigate ambiguity
