Job Description:
A company is looking for an Instructional Designer.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts
to develop instructional materials and courses
Facilitate needs assessments to identify learning objectives and
performance gaps
Design interactive instructional content and assist in creating
storyboards and outlines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in instructional design,
communication, education, or a related field plus 2+ years of
experience
Experience in creating storyboards and engaging learning
experiences
Experience working with multiple stakeholders to create
comprehensive learning materials
Familiarity with Agile project management theory
Experience with instructional design software and e-learning
platforms is preferred
