Management.
Key Responsibilities
Grow and inspire a high-performing Account Management team to meet
or exceed performance targets
Drive strategic revenue growth through new products for existing
Mid-Market and SMB customers
Collaborate with Sales and Client Strategy teams to enhance the
customer experience and identify upselling opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or
a related field in a B2B SAAS environment
Experience leading and managing a high-performing team
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to drive results in a
fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills to inform decisions and drive outcomes
