Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Marketplace Growth &
Merchandising.
Key Responsibilities
Own and enhance the ad placement and merchandising strategy to
optimize user engagement and partner monetization
Develop campaign strategies in coordination with Marketing to drive
user engagement and partner performance
Manage ad inventory across various platforms while developing an
Offers and Rewards strategy to enhance user experience
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in merchandising, growth, product,
analytics/strategy, or ad monetization within a relevant
environment
Experience managing teams and hiring for a collaborative work
environment
Deep understanding of growth strategies, performance marketing, and
A/B testing
Strong analytical skills, proficient in SQL, with experience in
data-driven decision-making
Proven track record of launching and scaling monetization programs
and working cross-functionally
