A company is looking for an Instructional Designer to join their
team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive training materials, including objectives,
course slides, and interactive exercises
Implement systems design methodologies to create effective training
solutions
Assess and evaluate training programs to recommend improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational
Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in instructional design, especially in technical
training
Expertise with instructional development technologies like Adobe
Articulate and learning management systems
Strong capabilities in systems design, including analysis and
evaluation
Experience with gamification and blended learning strategies
