Job Description:
A company is looking for a Managed Voice Representative to
support and manage voice services.
Key Responsibilities
Support and provision POTS, LNP, toll-free, and long-distance
services
Manage the service delivery cycle, ensuring adherence to deadlines
and successful service activation
Act as the first-level escalation point for issues, coordinating
with internal and external contacts to resolve them
Required Qualifications
Strong work ethic and persistence
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and resourcefulness in resolving issues
Strong customer service orientation
