Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRE Portfolio Manager - Affordable
Housing.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in commercial real estate loan activity, underwriting, and
funding of loans
Monitor borrower financial information and ensure compliance with
loan terms and covenants
Prepare credit requests and provide analysis and recommendations
for CRE Relationship Managers
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer
Science, or a related field
4 or more years of banking credit analysis experience required
Preferred experience in Affordable Housing/LIHTC credit
analysis
Advanced analytical skills and knowledge of financial
accounting
Familiarity with federal and state laws and regulations related to
Commercial Real Estate Lending
