Job Description:

A company is looking for a Licensed Customer Service Agent, Agency Experience.

Key Responsibilities

Interact with policyholders to resolve issues and answer questions
Assist with policy creation and updates while working with multiple carrier systems
Support Non-Licensed CSR Team and handle customer escalations

Required Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License
Experience in a call center or high incoming call volume environment is a plus
Experience working in a multi-carrier environment is a plus
Strong technical ability
Flexibility and coachability
