Job Description:
A company is looking for an L3 Help Desk Technician to provide
advanced technical support and troubleshoot complex issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide advanced technical support for escalated and complex
issues
Handle escalations from L1 and L2 teams and manage DNS records and
server issues
Implement scripting and automation to streamline routine tasks
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical
experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in an MSP environment or similar IT
organization
Minimum 3 years' experience with Windows Server 2016 and 2019
Operating Systems
Minimum 5 years' experience working with Azure, Active Directory,
DNS, and Office 365
Proven experience in a technical support role, focusing on Level 3
responsibilities
