Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Care and
Case Management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the duties and activities of a business analyst team on
IT projects while mentoring newer team members
Act as a liaison between clients, project managers, and technical
staff to define and document business requirements
Analyze and make recommendations to improve business processes in
support of clients' technology goals
Required Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in
requirements elicitation and management
Experience with Medical Claims Processing, particularly in
commercial or Medicaid settings
Knowledge of case management, LTSS, and prior authorization
processes
Experience with SQL queries and basic analytical or relational
database software
Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
and requirements gathering methodologies
