ABOUT THE ROLE
As a CBRE Union Mobile Route Engineer, you will be responsible for
preventive maintenance and corrective repairs for multiple
buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and
grounds.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job
function and is responsible for providing support, preventive
maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
To perform this job effectively, an individual should be able to
perform each duty satisfactorily.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United
States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the
future.
Education and Experience
CERTIFICATES AND/OR LICENSES
Preferred certification in two or more of the following:
Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC and Refrigeration systems, process
controls, mechanical power transmissions, painting, plumbing,
carpentry, or engine repair as well as CFC Certification.
OTHER SKILLS and/or ABILITIES
Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping,
standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to
lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve
slightly complex problems.
Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to
apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel,
Outlook, etc.)

The pay range for this position is subject to an applicable
Collective Bargaining Agreement. The negotiated rate for the role
is $82,472 annually [or $39.65 per hour]. Please refer to the
Collective Bargaining Agreement regarding pay scale and
benefits.
