Job Description:

A company is looking for an AR Analyst to handle collection activities for their FedRamp account portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Contact assigned customers to manage the collections process
Resolve billing and collection inquiries in collaboration with government customers and internal teams
Analyze collection patterns and recommend strategies to improve operational efficiencies

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years' experience in an Accounts Receivable role
Experience in a high volume, rapid growth environment
Proficient to advanced experience with Microsoft Excel
