Job Description:
A company is looking for an Infrastructure Analyst V responsible
for monitoring and enhancing distributive system management
platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve level 3 issues related to servers, operating systems, and
software
Manage vendor relationships and oversee hardware and software
maintenance contracts
Document processes and procedures for infrastructure support and
implement architectural changes
Required Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree or 12 years of relevant experience in lieu of a
degree
9+ years of related IT work experience
Extensive knowledge of distributive computing platforms and
Microsoft server technologies
Expertise in SQL server installation, configuration, and
performance tuning
Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution
