Duties include general labor, debris and trash removal, maintenance painting, general cleaning, and miscellaneous handyman work. Previous maintenance experience preferred, as well as the ability to perform physical labor and basic computer skills. Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in general maintenance or labor positions preferred
• Familiarity with hand tools and basic maintenance tasks
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying maintenance needs
• Basic computer skills for reporting and inventory tracking
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
