Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Analyst - CDH -
Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Implement department applications and ensure they meet user
needs
Lead and participate in workgroups and committees related to
departmental projects
Conduct staff scheduling, real-time analysis, and reporting
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field, or an
associate's degree with relevant experience
At least 2 years of experience in a clinical setting or 4 years
with an associate's degree
Comprehensive understanding of physician practice and patient flow
in a large healthcare institution
Experience in multiple clinical areas within a large healthcare
institution
Experience in contact center operations and cloud-based contact
center software implementation is strongly preferred
