We are now seeking a Plant Operations Maintenance Assistant to join our team!
The Plant Operations - Maintenance Assistant supports and assists the Plant Supervisor in plant operations needs.-- The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar position.-- Organizational skills and ability to multitask and prioritize is a must.-- Experience working with seniors and various state and local agencies for inspections is preferred.--

• 
  
• Provides interior maintenance of the community as defined by company standards.
  
• Provides exterior maintenance of the community.
  
• Assists in coordination of community events.
  
• Assists in all phases of maintenance pertaining to resident apartments and common areas of the community.
