Anesthesia Technician - Surgery department Assist licensed anesthesia providers in the acquisition, preparation and application of the equipment and supplies required for the administration of anesthesia. - -Required Education/Experience:- Graduation from an accredited Anesthesia Tech Program, OR applicable military anesthesia technician course of study.- In lieu of schooling, 5 years of Anesthesia Technician experience in an Operating Room setting required.Required Credentials:- BLS for Healthcare Providers.Preferred:- Certification as an Anesthesia Technician.- Two years of experience as an Anesthesia Technician in an operating room with job duties dedicated to anesthesia. - -Compensation Range$29.16 - $47.20 per hourSalary InformationThis compensation range was calculated based on full-time employment (2080 hours worked per calendar year).
