Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Analytics Analyst to leverage
data for improving workplace insights and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver data analysis for key People initiatives such as
performance evaluations and employee surveys
Create and manage foundational data products to identify patterns
and trends in People data
Develop machine learning models to predict future trends across
People functions
Required Qualifications
2+ years in a People Analytics, Recruiting Analytics, or related
research role
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming
languages
Experience with reporting tools such as Mode, Looker, or
Tableau
Proven ability to scale data reports and work with large
datasets
Commitment to confidentiality and a high level of ownership
