Position: Temporary Plant Operations - Maintenance Assistant Duration: Temporary Position Focus: Interior painting and general maintenance
What You'll Do:
Support the Plant Supervisor in day-to-day maintenance operationsFocus on interior painting projects throughout resident apartments and common areasAssist with community events setup as neededMaintain both interior and exterior community spaces, including light groundskeepingHelp ensure resident apartments and shared spaces are safe, functional, and beautifulWhat We're Looking For:
Experience in a maintenance role or similar positionStrong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritizeFamiliarity with painting tools, prep, and techniquesWhy Join Us?
