A company is looking for an Operations Data and Technology
Strategy Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Drive global process ideation and effectiveness strategy through
data-driven decision making
Lead the strategy and execution of data technology for operations,
ensuring effective analytics across all operational lines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies
and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science, with a
preference for an engineering background
10 years of experience in operations, with at least 6 years focused
on process improvement and technology management
Proven experience in driving continuous process improvement and
optimizing workflows
Strong analytical abilities with experience in delivering quality
assurance processes
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to influence and build
relationships across multiple levels of the organization
