Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training & Development Senior
Associate.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop learning solutions aligned with regional
strategies and business needs
Collaborate with commercial learning professionals and marketers to
address performance challenges
Produce instructional design deliverables such as content outlines,
design documents, and eLearning modules
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in education with a focus on Instructional Design,
or equivalent experience
1-2 years of experience with Articulate software
Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles and
instructional design
Experience in developing eLearning and other learning solutions
Strong consulting skills and collaborative work style
