A company is looking for a Personal Lines Customer Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients with service inquiries and make changes to policies
as needed
Process policy transactions and prepare insurance proposals
Maintain orderly electronic files and ensure timely claims
settlement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Property and Casualty Insurance license
High School Degree or equivalent
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software and web-based
technology
Prior insurance office experience
