Job Description:

A company is looking for a Contract Fax Filing & Data Accuracy Specialist for a short-term remote contract.

Key Responsibilities

Review, log, and file incoming faxes related to patient care
Ensure accuracy and adherence to established protocols in documentation
Identify and tag care gaps within documentation for improved patient tracking

Required Qualifications

Experience in data management or medical record filing in a healthcare setting
Experience with fax filing in a medical context
Familiarity with healthcare compliance standards related to patient information
Knowledge of medical terminology and care gap processes
Medical Assistant background and/or medical records experience
