Job Description:

Job Summary: Assist with scheduling and supervision of Team Members and day-to-day department flow. Oversee Prepared Foods displays and support Team Leaders for smooth operation. Ensure positive company image through courteous service to customers and Team Members.

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Prepared Foods Team Members.
  • Work with Prepared Foods Trainer to train Team Members in a high-performance team.
  • Assist in new Team Member training, utilizing learning checklists and materials.
  • Keep cases and shelves clean, well-stocked, and rotated.
  • Open and close department according to procedures.
  • Ensure necessary breaks are given.
  • Communicate team concerns to Team Leaders.
  • Set and achieve retail execution standards.
  • Foster a positive team environment.
  • Direct Team Members to satisfy customers and respond to their needs.
  • Select, train, and develop Team Members.
  • Provide timely performance evaluations.
  • Communicate and model WFM vision and goals.
