Job Description:
A company is looking for a Compliance Lead to support the
maturation of its Fair Lending Program.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to enhance the Fair
Lending Program
Provide regulatory guidance and communicate complex Fair Lending
expectations
Document processes and maintain compliance-related materials and
policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in Compliance Risk, Audit, or Bank
Regulatory
Strong interest in fintech and consumer finance
Experience with consumer financial regulations, including Reg. B,
UDAAP, and others
Proven project management and analytical skills
