Title: Usher

Adecco Group has an immediate opening for Usher (entertainment event) jobs for a short term, temporary contract opportunity with a production company in Redmond, WA 98052!

ABOUT OUR CLIENT: Our client is a worldwide renowned Canadian based Production Entertainment company that produces live entertainment shows in Europe and theUnited States.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

*Seating of customers, including handicapped and elderly people;

*Participate in crowd control and follow-up of client?s rules (e.g. black outs, no smoking/no cameras in the Big Top);

*Internal and external daily cleaning of the Big Top and the surrounding public areas (cleaning, sweeping, dusting);

*Handling complaints and/or difficult customers;

*Participating in emergency procedures;

*Cooperate with Public Sales department.

QUALIFICATIONS:

*Good knowledge of English;

*Motivated to work in a team;

*Friendly and out-going personality;

*Customer oriented approach;

*Physically able to stand for long periods of time and move around the site;

*Must be physically able to go up and downstairs constantly;

*Professionally handle difficult situations that may arise with unsatisfied customers and suggest possible resolutions;

*Potential for heavy lifting, may work on ones feet for up to 10 hours;

*Being able to work in a dark and loud environment;

*Flexibility: variable working hours, late shifts, weekends;

*Punctual and reliable.

HOURS: (15-35 hours per week)

Approximate work hours:

Tues/Wed: 6:30pm - 11:30pm

Thursday- Saturday: 2:30pm - 11:30pm

Sunday:11:30am - 8:30pm

SALARY:

$10.50/hour
