Job Description:
Summary You will serve as a Program Control Specialist/Program
Integrator in the Shipyard Infrastructure Optimization Program
(SIOP) of SIOP PMO PUGET SOUND PSNSY. Duties * You will integrate
products and services related to SIOP with all major stakeholders
such as the Shipyard Commander, the Fleets, NAVSEA, PEOII, NAVFAC
and CNIC. * You will collaborate with shipyard operations,
facilities department, business office, and others to integrate and
align schedules and SIOP initiatives. * You will integrate SIOP
initiatives and industrial requirements and priorities into
shipyard equipment lists, schedules and budgets. * You will
facilitate and support Modeling and Simulation (Mod/Sim) efforts,
including Area Development Plans and other industrial facility
projects and studies. * You will develop and track risk and change
mitigation plans and lessons learned. * You will prepare and
analyze industrial data to support high-level briefings and
presentations. Requirements Conditions of Employment * Must be a US

* Within the Department of Defense (DoD), the appointment of

require occasional travel from normal duty station. You must be
able to travel on military and commercial aircraft. * You will be
required to complete ethics orientation within three months of
appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report,
OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment. Qualifications Your resume
must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or
equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal
service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector
performing the following duties: 1) Analyzing data to prepare
reports and presentations; 2) Facilitating development of planning
products by coordinating with multiple stakeholders on complex
projects or programs (such as facilities, construction,
infrastructure, acquisition, or capital equipment projects); 3)
Providing project planning expertise and guidance to stakeholders;
and 4) Integrating and maintaining sequencing and scheduling plans
