Job Description:
A company is looking for a Commercial Contracts Paralegal to
assist in the administration of the legal department function.
Key Responsibilities
Review, draft, and negotiate contracts for vendor and customer
agreements
Implement a contract management process and optimize the contract
management system
Prepare negotiation guidelines and contract summaries, and manage
client-contract templates
Qualifications
3-5+ years of in-house experience in the healthcare industry
focused on commercial contract law
Paralegal certificate preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, DocuSign, SharePoint, and
LinkSquares
Experience with corporate governance and contracts preferred
Ability to function in a fast-paced, highly fluid startup
environment
