Job Description:
A company is looking for a Temporary Staff Attorney (Contracts)
to support its In-House Legal Department in contract administration
and legal research.
Key Responsibilities
Lead contract administration, including review, revision, and
management of contracts
Negotiate contracts with third parties and handle dispute
resolution
Prepare legal documents and maintain compliance with university
policies and procedures
Required Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited ABA institution
Currently licensed to practice law in California
3 to 5 years of experience as a contracts attorney or in a similar
role
Experience with Agiloft contract management system preferred
Knowledge of regulatory matters such as CCPA, FERPA, and GDPR
preferred
