team of Support Engineers and provide exceptional technical
support.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of Technical Support Engineers and oversee
service ticket progress
Build relationships with key stakeholders and ensure timely
technical solutions
Conduct quality audits, maintain team skills, and participate in
new technology adoption
Required Qualifications
7 years in the software industry
3 years in technical support management with people management
experience
Salesforce Administrator 201 certification
Experience with high-profile sensitive customers
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent experience
is desirable
