Source top-tier tech candidates for various roles including Machine

Engineering
Develop creative sourcing strategies and maintain a high volume of
qualified candidates in the recruitment pipeline
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to align on
candidate profiles and ensure efficient interview processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a technical sourcer in a fast-paced,
high-growth technology company
Proven track record of recruiting top talent for Machine Learning,
Engineering, and Product roles
Ability to attract passive candidates and build a diverse talent
pipeline
Experience in data-driven decision making and creative candidate
sourcing techniques
Capability to adapt quickly in ambiguous situations with limited
resources
