Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Trainer to develop and optimize
sales training programs for their teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver impactful sales training programs, including
onboarding and advanced techniques
Provide expertise on Integrated Payments and Software Solutions to
enhance product knowledge
Implement sales methodologies and conduct coaching to improve sales
performance
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of sales training experience, preferably in Integrated
Payments, SaaS, or FinTech
Strong background in B2B sales, particularly in software or payment
solutions
Proficiency in instructional design and adult learning
methodologies
Experience with Salesforce software and virtual training tools
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and lead training
initiatives independently
